This design-build phased project was comprised of the rehabilitation of an existing 156,000 square foot school facility as a public charter school. The project included evaluations of existing conditions, layout of programmatic elements, review of building code and ADA requirements and design of building systems. We collaborated with Smoot Construction Inc., to complete the project in 16 months.
