With their Apprenticeship and Internship program rapidly expanding, the Studio Theatre's vision for this existing row house was to convert it into housing for interns. By removing most of the existing walls and raising a portion of the first floor's structure, the basement could be converted into living and utility spaces. Shared dining and recreational spaces are located on the first floor, while the bedrooms are on the second and third floors.
