BRinitzer and d’Amico residence, Arlington, VA

We worked with landscape architect Scott Brinitzer and his partner Matt D'Amico to remove previous rear additions to their home and replace them with an addition that compliments the architectural design of the original historic home. The addition moved and expanded the kitchen to the east side of the home with views into the garden. Axial views are created from the front windows through the living room, dining room, and the new family room to the rear yard garden. The upper level includes two additional bedrooms, a hall bath, and laundry room.
