JHA is working closely with a repeat client to bring their family’s dream vacation home to life on a steep, wooded lot with expansive views of Deep Creek Lake. Careful consideration has been given in siting the home, to provide seclusion and privacy while allowing each space to have access to lake views. The clients sought to infuse the home with the feel of a modern luxury mountain lodge. Outdoor terraces, a fire pit, and an indoor pool and spa enhance this vacation escape. Native plantings, a green roof area, and an insulated concrete foundation are among the strategies contributing to the clients’ environmental goals. This vacation home is available for all to enjoy through rental by Railey Vacations.
