Designed for a custom home builder, this new construction is a spacious 6 bedroom home with a stunning roof terrace. The builder’s initial request to update and enlarge an existing duplex led to an exploration of options to redevelop the large corner lot. JHA suggested converting the original duplex into a single-family home, and this second home was built at the back section of the lot facing the side street, Murdock Mill road. Both homes embrace a modern aesthetic, and the successful collaboration led the builder to later commission JHA for the design of his own home renovation.
