JHA worked closely with the clients looking to update their Rehoboth home to create an airy, open beach escape with classic touches highlighting and expanding upon the ‘good bones’ of the original structure. The project included a second-floor addition to provide a primary suite and additional bedrooms, as well as opening up the main level to connect the living and dining rooms to the kitchen for better flow. A generous screened front porch provides a relaxing spot to enjoy the neighborhood. New finishes throughout, along with outstanding furnishings and artwork chosen by the clients, completed this sanctuary.
