After purchasing their home in 2017, the Surbey-Schwartz family reached out to renovate it to better reflect their lifestyle. To do this, JHA and the clients created a plan to improve the house’s flow and ability to entertain while intertwining a modern and contemporary feel throughout the spaces. On the exterior, a new front porch spanning the width of the house and a vibrant color create a beautiful, standout look for the home.
