swing’s coffee G Street

This update of Swing’s G Street location sought to preserve the history of the century+ old coffee roasting company, weaving together elements dating to the company’s establishment in 1916 with contemporary equipment enabling baristas to serve busy White House area crowds. A light touch was used to refresh historic elements like the original bar and decades-old coffee bins and signage to retain the patina from years of use. Swing’s G street continues to evoke the warmth and connection that has made the shop a thriving link in the community for generations.
