UTAH STREET RESIDENCE II, ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA

This is the second phase of design to a previous project, the Utah St Residence. This phase will improve the street side facade by creating an entry sequence that respects the sloped front yard and features soft landscaping. A new front porch will reflect the modern aesthetic of the kitchen and back porch, but will also maintain privacy for the owners. Please stay tuned for more updates!
